Chuyu Group (初魚餐飲集團） proudly invites the renowned Chef Takayoshi Watanabe of Teruzushi (照壽司), from Japan for his first-ever guest chef tour across northern, central, and southern Taiwan.

The design is inspired by his unique personality, incorporating elements inspired by his iconic red bow tie and the sleek, silver texture of his dramatically large knife. Its elegance also reflects his innovative approach to transforming traditional sushi into a fine dining experience.
