The theme selected by the event organizer this year is bubble tea. In the key visual, bubble tea is paired with a clean linear illustration style to hint at forward moving technology while using Google colors to express playfulness and creativity.

The first idea separates bubble tea into its ingredients, letting each ingredient represent a different Google developer tool, which also make up the different topics of the conference.

The second idea takes a more straightforward visual approach, where the developer tools are added to the bubbles in bubble tea.
